Terms of sale

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your payment.

1. Parties

• Seller: FrostBreeze™ (operated via the Shopify store at [store URL])
• Buyer: The customer placing this order (identified by the shipping/billing details provided at checkout)

2. Product Description

The Seller agrees to deliver to the Buyer the following item, as precisely described below:

This description is binding. The item delivered must match it exactly. No other version, model, or variant may be substituted without the Buyer's explicit consent.

3. Price and Payment

• The Buyer pays 100% of the purchase price at the time of order confirmation, via the payment method offered at checkout.
• No partial payment or payment-on-delivery is offered.

4. Delivery Term

• Guaranteed delivery window: The Seller commits to delivering the item within 14 days of order confirmation. Orders are typically expected to arrive between 7 and 14 days, but 14 days is the outer limit guaranteed under this agreement.
• The Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

5. Non-Delivery

If the Seller fails to deliver the item as described within the guaranteed delivery window (Section 4):

• The Buyer is entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid, with no deduction of any kind.
• The refund will be processed within 5 business days of the Buyer's request, or automatically if the delay exceeds 20 business days from order confirmation without delivery.
• The Buyer may, alternatively, choose to wait longer for delivery if they prefer, but is never obligated to do so past the guaranteed window.

6. Returns and Quality Guarantee

• The Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return or exchange, for any reason.
• If the item received does not match the description in Section 2 (wrong specifications, missing accessories, or manufacturing defect), the Buyer is entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, at the Buyer's choice, within this same 14-day period, and return shipping costs in that case are covered by the Seller.
• If the return is for a reason other than non-conformity or defect (e.g., change of mind), standard return conditions apply: item must be unused and in its original packaging; return shipping costs may be charged to the Buyer.
• This guarantee applies in addition to any statutory consumer protection rights in the Buyer's country of residence.

7. Agreement

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the product description (Section 2), payment terms (Section 3), delivery term (Section 4), and refund/return conditions (Sections 5 and 6) of this Sales Agreement.
