Order Confirmation & Guaranteed Delivery Date
Upon completion of your order and full payment, you will receive an order confirmation stating the exact guaranteed delivery date, calculated as no later than 14 calendar days from your order confirmation date. This date constitutes a maximum delivery deadline: your order may arrive earlier, but will not arrive later than the date stated, except in the circumstances described under "Delays Beyond Our Control" below.
Product Specifications
The item shipped will match exactly the specifications listed on the product page at the time of your order (model, dimensions, tank capacity, power source, included accessories). No substitution of a different model or variant will be made without your explicit consent.
Delivery Location
The shipping address you provide and confirm at checkout constitutes the agreed delivery location for your order. This address cannot be modified once the order has been confirmed, except by mutual agreement between you and our customer support team.
Stock Availability
We confirm availability of your item with our fulfillment partner before accepting your order, in order to stand behind the guaranteed delivery date above.

Guarantee If the Delivery Date Is Missed
If your order does not arrive by the guaranteed delivery date stated in your confirmation email, you are automatically entitled to a full refund — no justification required. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.
Delays Beyond Our Control
In rare cases of events beyond our reasonable control (customs delays, natural disasters, major carrier disruptions), we will keep you informed. If such a delay causes your guaranteed date to be missed, the full refund guarantee above still applies.
